These fees are applicable to all individual incorporation orders, to all company renewals, administration and management work. Some of these fees are mandatory, some are optional. Some of the fees are alternatives. More information: please just contact us.

IBC FORMATION FEES	USD
BVI Business Company formation. Drafting and signing the Memorandum and Articles of Association by the Registered Agent, obtaining the original Certificate of Incorporation and Registry-certified originals of the Memorandum and Articles. Post-incorporation procedures - Resolution for the appointment of Director(s), Secretary, Registered Agent, allocation of shares and provision of the supporting beneficiary documentation (declarations).	$ 300
Embossed Corporate Seal (mandatory under the new BVI Companies Act.)	$ 50
A set of certified copies of primary documents (copies of the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, an original Appointment of the First Director(s)), certified by the Registered Agent, notarized and legalized by Apostille for international use.	$ 200

ANNUALLY RECURRING FEES * These fees will be due every year during the continued life of the company. Only one version of the Government fee will apply, depending on the capital of the company.

OTHER SERVICES * Most of these services are optional, or may only be needed from 2nd year or later on.
Assisting in bank account opening. Several options are available – details on request. * Disbursements (mail, communications) are in addition to the introduction fee, at actual cost. Client acceptance requirements are different in various banks and may change without notice. The success of the account opening depends substantially on the background and business profile of the client.	$ 500

GENERAL MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION FEES * These only apply in specific circumstances, when non-standard services are required.
Responsibility fee to obtain nominee signature on specific documents at clients´ request (contracts, forms, applications, resolutions, letters, invoices and similar) – per signature.	$ 50
Miscellaneous non-standard work in relation to recurring company management as carried out by a senior member of staff as and when specifically requested by client - amendments to standard wordings of Memorandum and Articles, preparation of special powers of attorney, preparation and issue of specific legal and commercial documents, correspondence, responses to third-party inquiries, and similar.	$ 250 per hour
Miscellaneous non-standard work in relation to recurring company management as carried out by a junior member of staff as and when specifically requested by client (technical work).	$ 100 per hour

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The only ground of payment is an official invoice, issued by Fidelity Corporate Services Ltd. Please do not remit any payment before all order/renewal details are clarified and a detailed services invoice is issued.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, full payment is required before any services are provided.

Payment deadlines, as indicated in the invoice, must be met. Late payments for company renewal will result in imposition of additional fines by the Government and will require additional costs to reinstate the company in good standing.

Payment can be made by bank wire transfer or by a credit card. If you wish to pay by any alternative method, please consult with our staff on availability and conditions.

For payments by bank wire transfers – our bank account details will be provided in the invoice. All remitting bank charges and any intermediary bank charges must be borne by the remitter. Please ensure that You tick "all charges paid by remitter" when submitting payment order to Your bank. Receipt of an incomplete amount will result in no work done on the respective order until full payment.

For payments by credit card – a credit card authorization form will be provided in the invoice. This form should be completed, signed and faxed or scan-emailed back to us. We recommend using credit card only for small payments.

The standard currency for payment is US dollar. If You wish to make a payment in an alternative major currency, like EUR or GBP, it may be possible, but please request our staff to quote the rate and the precise invoice amount in the alternative currency. Payment made in an alternative currency without obtaining a prior rate quotation from us may result in incomplete payment and no work done until full payment.
